The availability request is not binding and does not take the form of a contract either for the Customer or for Hotel Mirage. The booking request represents an Order Form and therefore binding for the Customer but not binding for Hotel Mirage, which party is free not to accept the booking. The booking confirmation that Hotel Mirage sends to the Customer is binding for both parties and constitutes the completion of the booking contract with option. In the event that a confirmation deposit is requested, the Customer has the duty to send it within the times indicated by the management of Hotel Mirage so that the option is removed and the booking is definitively confirmed.

At this point Hotel Mirage will undertake to send the Customer a confirmation email.

All reservations must be reconfirmed by fax or e-mail by accepting the cancellation conditions of the structure.

CHILDREN AND BEDS

Children of all ages are welcome. Children 4 years and above will be charged as adults at this property.

To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your research.

COTS AND ADDITIONAL BEDS

0-3 YEARS: free cot on request or double bed shared with parents

4-11 YEARS: extra bed on request €25.00 per child per night.

Supplements are not included in the total amount and must be paid separately during your stay.

The maximum number of extra beds and cots depends on the accommodation you have chosen. Check your accommodation to find out what the maximum occupancy is.

Baby cots and extra beds are subject to availability.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

The payment methods are indicated in the booking form and include the release of credit card details which will remain encrypted and readable only by professionals.

Hotel Mirage accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

JURISDICTION

For any dispute that may arise relating to the interpretation, execution and/or termination of the booking contracts to which these conditions apply in which Hotel Mirage is a party to the proceedings, the Court of Florence will have exclusive jurisdiction.
